After Verizon, AT&T is the second US carrier to finally announce when they will begin offering the new Nexus 6 running Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box. The Smartphone will be available for a pre-order starting with tomorrow, November 12.
Nexus 6 will be available on AT&T for only $249.99 on a two-year agreement while unlocked the price is $682.99. As you can see, this is a little bit more expensive compared to the $649 price tag for the same device on Google’s Play Store. AT&T’s press release does not specify the version offered at this price, but, most likely is that you will get the 32 GB model of Nexus 6. At launch, AT&T will only offer the Midnight Blue model.
If you choose to get an installment plan, you can get Motorola’s Smartphone for $0 with $22.77/month with AT&T Next 24, $28.46/month with Next 18, or $34.15/month with the Nexus 12 plan. This alternative will also give you the possibility to use a $50 discount for purchasing Moto 360, Moto Hint or Moto Silver 2.
At this point, Nexus 6 has been made available in small numbers on Google’s Play Store and from Motorola’s official website. In addition to T-Mobile and AT&T, Sprint and Verizon will also offer the device in the near future, even if the availability at launch could be limited on all carriers.
Motorola Nexus 6 AT&T pre-orders will be open both for the online community and in-store. AT&T did not provide any further information on when the shipping will begin and when customers will receive their orders.
