Samsung is preparing new surprises for its customers from South Korea. And since Christmas is near, the company just announced that a new color version of Galaxy Note 4 will be released through SK Telecom. Thus, the red edition of Galaxy Note 4 will be made available as a Christmas gift for those who are planning in buying a new Android powered and Samsung branded high end smartphone.

In case you are wondering, no, Samsung will not release the red Galaxy Note 4 outside South Korea, at least not for now. This color flavor is embracing only the mentioned market; moreover the phone will come exclusively for SK Telecom, so your options are quite limited.

As for the new Galaxy Note 4 model, the red suit is really appealing. Specs wipe, there aren’t any changes included and you will get the same performances whether you choose the red or the classic models of the Note 4. As a reminder, the smartphone brings an impressive 5.7 QHD Super AMOLED display, along with an octa core processor (Exynos 5433), 3 GB of RAM, a 16 MP rear facing camera, a 3.7 MP front facing shooter and 32 GB of internal storage memory.

On the other hand, Galaxy Note 4 features in built and dedicated apps such as heart rate and fingerprint sensors with Android 4.4.4 KitKat OS installed above all. Don’t worry, Android 5.0 Lollipop OTA is already being prepared, so it won’t be long until you will be able to update your Note 4 to latest Android firmware.
