Pokemon has always been a huge franchise, in gaming or on TV, so why not becoming the perfect game? The novelty of the game is related to mapping the real world, with the player moving in the game by actually travelling. When a Pokémon is nearby, your Android phone vibrates. And as a player, you can encounter a nearby Pokémon by tapping it in the Map View.

However, besides collecting Pokemon, there is another side of the game which involves battles and making yourself Gym Leader. Trainers collect them and they battle in Gyms. You will eventually arrive at a Gym too, so what’s the deal with them?

Pokemon Go gyms are where you train your Pokemon. Each Gym is owned by a certain team and once your Trainer reaches level 5, then your task is to choose the best team. There are three possible options: Instinct, Mystic and Valor, each with its own colour: yellow, blue and red.

Pokemon Go teams have one purpose: to manage Gyms. When a team moves into a Gym, things don’t stay like that and they might have to fight to defend it from other teams by leaving Pokemon defenders there. As for the actual Gyms, they are also a great place to get the PokeCoins which you can use to buy stuff in the Store to advance in the game.

As for the actual fights, they are not at all complicated. Whether you’re training or battling another team, you must do the very same thing: you practically have to tap the screen as fast as you can in order to unleash your normal attack. There’s also a power move made via a longer press, unleashing a more damaging attack on the enemy. However, if you miss, you’ll probably sustain a number of hits for no gain, so be very careful.

These might sound childish, but you already know that the game is highly addictive, so don’t be so surprised to find out that it’s just turned into the biggest craze possible. After all, you can Grab Pokemon GO on your Android Device regardless any country restrictions and there are even some simple tricks that help you solve those Pokémon Go GPS Errors that many gamers complain about.
