Fix Galaxy S9 Plus Grey Battery Problem

Even though the Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus users have not had many substantial problems up to this point, there have been some reports that are saying that the handset is not charging the right way.   • Perform a Low Battery Dump with the help of these steps:
  1. Before we begin, ensure that your Galaxy S9 Plus handset is turned on;
  2. Go to the Dialer app;
  3. Here you must dial the following code *#9900#;
  4. A new screen will appear after dialing, so it’s time to scroll down until you identify the Low Battery Dump option;
  5. Tap “Low Battery Dump”;
  6. Tap to turn it on;
  7. Next, click on “Wipe Cache Partition”.
  • You should take a backup your phone data, then do a factory reset if nothing else worked. Once the reset is done, I hope that the problem is gone for good too.
