Gionee Elife E7 Mini has been available in Asia for a few months, but now it is finally available in India as well via major retailer Snapdeal for a price of only Rs 19,500 ($325) with no contract included. We want you to know that all orders are dispatched in no more than two business days and we are even talking about free delivery included for a Gionee Elife E7 Mini device which is indeed a modest one, but also decent enough for those who don’t want to spend a fortune on their new smartphone.

This Gionee Elife E7 Handset isn’t as ‘mini’ as you would first expect

The smartphone is available in both white and pink color options, but we must tell you that at 139.8 x 66.2x 8.6mm and with a weight of 142.9 grams, this device isn’t as ‘mini’ as you would first expect. Anyway, keeping in mind the size of the original Elife E7, the mini tag seems ideal for describing the smartphone.

An ideal Android Alternative

Gionee Elife E7 Mini comes with a 4.7″ IPS IGZO display with a maximum 720p resolution and gets the power from a 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6592 CPU and a Mali 450MP4 GPU paired with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory (this time, the memory isn’t expandable). Moreover, Gionee Elife E7 mini offers dual-SIM support and that’s the ideal way of enjoying just one device with two SIMs – one with your personal number and another one with your business one.

As for the Gionee Elife E7 Mini handset’s 13-megapixel main camera, we can tell you that it comes with LED flash, autofocus and full HD (1080p) video recording, so that you can capture all those special moments with friends and family. And don’t forget that it features Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with Elife’s custom Amigo 2.0 skin on top of it.

So, we belive that Gionee Elife E7 Mini is an ideal Android alternative to so many other high-end smartphones offered by LG, Samsung, HTC and other popular companies. Gionee is just trying to renew interest in the Indian market, by presenting itself as a ‘premium mid-range’ smartphone maker, so we are more than pleased by what it has to offer.

What do you say? Is Gionee Elife E7 Mini an option that you might take into consideration or are there other smartphones that you have in mind? Let us know what your opinion is in the comments section below.
