LG G2 Mini Available across the globe Starting this April

At MWC 2014, LG announced a “mini” version of their popular flagship device, the LG G2, but only now we know for sure that the handset will be available across the globe starting tis April. And don’t you expect that everyone receives the same version; that won’t be the case at all. The LG G2 Mini will be available in no less than three different versions and four color options – titan black, red, lunar white, as well as gold, but the selection of each LG G2 Mini variant is different from one region to another. The roll out will begin in CIS countries followed by markets such as Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, or the Middle East.

Several LG G2 Mini Variants and Pricing Options

When we are talking about several variants of the LG G2 Mini device, we want to be clear about the fact that they are all depending on whether single or dual SIM might be needed or 3G/4G coverage. As for the pricing of this G2 Mini version, the story is pretty much the same: the price will vary, so the company will announce it locally in the weeks to come.

Display, Processor and KitKat with Knock Code

Aren’t you sure that this is the phone that you are looking for? To remind you, the LG G2 Mini comes with a 4.7-inch qHD display and is powered by a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset or 1.7 GHz Nvidia Tegra 4i processor (once again we are talking about different versions). The handset also has 8 GB of internal memory with the ability to expand it via microSD card.

And don’t forget that LG G2 Mini comes with both a 8-megapixel main camera and a secondary 1.3-megapixel snapper which is ideal for video calls. As for the operating system, here we have Android 4.4 KitKat installed along with LG UX features like Knock Code which enables users to power on and to unlock their handsets in one easy step by tapping a personalized “knock” pattern on the display. And be sure that we are talking about improved security as long as the pattern can be made up of a sequence of two to eight taps, allowing for no less than 80,000 possible combinations, making this LG G2 Mini smartphone such an inspired choice!
