U.S Cellular Ready to Launch Moto X With The Long Expected Android 4.4 Update
It is official: Motorola is launching Android 4.4 KitKat for the U.S. Cellular Moto X. With Motorola being an important subsidiary of Google, it was quite natural and absolutely normal for all Moto X devices to first benefit this important update. The update will be rolling out in stages, so not all Moto X users from the US will benefit Android 4.4 KitKat at the same time; but they shouldn’t worry: it`s plenty of it for everyone. With this important step forward and after updating the Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile versions, Motorola is moving ahead of its competitors while benefiting the 4.4 KitKat.
Now it is time for the US Cellular to start rolling out the new update for Moto X. What should we expect from this update? From previous rollouts, we might see just some standard features including Hangouts with SMS support, new tools for photo editing, a new dialer and also UI tweaks. One addition feature with the update would be some camera improvements such as slide controls for exposure and focus.
As our source states, to get this update, Motorola has released a set of instructions that requires you to manually check for any updates in case there are no notifications received so far on the update on your device. As we have already mentioned, the Android 4.4 KitKat update will be carried out in stages and some of you might have to wait for a while. Motorola has also listed some other features that come with the update – check here about the features of Android 4.4 KiKat.
For those lucky guys already receiving the update, just make yourself comfy in front of the PC and don’t forget to share your pros and cons about the update. We are here, expecting you on the comment area. Cheers and have fun with your new updated Moto X with Android 4.4 KitKat.
