Samsung’s GamePad To Arrive With The Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 Game Edition

Samsung has just released its Smartphone GamePad in Europe as a wireless game controller designed to work both with phones and small tablets. The best part is that you can easily pair it with a phone and enjoy your own gaming device and we are sure that many of you would be interested about buying such a product. Or, we have another suggestion: wait a little longer for the new Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 Game Edition which is more than one of its other product bundles just as Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 Student Edition or Galaxy Tab 3 Kids. From what it seems, Samsung won’t offer us its Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 Game Edition alone, but it will arrive with a GamePad included, so you can easily bundle it up.

To be more specific, we are talking about a special Game Edition package. We must admit that our first impression was that using them together might be a problem given the fact that this Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 Game Edition is way too large to sit on the GamePad, but the fact that it comes with a HDMI adapter solves this problem and lets you hook it up to a TV.

That’s probably the most interesting aspect that this device will be able to offer you; otherwise, its specs are modest, but this doesn’t have to mean that we cannot consider them decent enough. As a refresher, Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 houses a dual-core 1.5GHz Exynos 4212 CPU and a 4450 mAh capacity battery, while the 5 MP camera might seem like a disappointment for all those hoping to get high quality photos. As for the OS, it is featuring the Android Jelly Bean version, which is acceptable enough for the moment.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t find any info regarding the period when this Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 Game Edition will finally arrive on the market, but we really hope that it will be in time for Christmas. And if we take in consideration that the GamePad sold separately is available for 79.90 Euros, we can only imagine that the package won’t be very affordable, as our source also considers. But, we’ll just have to be patient and we’ll see.
