Upcoming Samsung Galaxy S5 Zoom Spotted in Benchmark Listing
Samsung’s upcoming successor to the Galaxy S4 Zoom, the Galaxy S5 Zoom is no longer a mystery thanks to a benchmark leak that has just revealed its most important technical specifications and features. According to the benchmark site GFXBench, the Samsung SM-C115 device spotted there in none other than Samsung Galaxy S5 Zoom and there’s only one thing that we can tell you. We are really talking about major improvements when it comes to OS, power, or sensor, so here we have more details for all those interested on such a model:
New Technical Specs and Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box
The benchmark listing of the alleged Galaxy S5 Zoom confirms that the handset will come with a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED display with a 720×1280 pixel resolution, with the power provided by a 1.3GHz hexa-core CPU and a Mali-T624 GPU. This new option sounds much promising than the initial 1.5GHz dual-core processor, don’t you think? Moreover, here we have 2GB of RAM to support the processor and 8GB/16GB of internal storage, but either of these numbers can be expanded via a microSD card, so you won’t have any problems with it.
When it comes to its 19-megapixel camera, Samsung’s Galaxy S5 Zoom sensor is indeed much better than the 16MP previous one found on the original Galaxy S4 Zoom model, being able to offer 5184 x 3888 pixel images and coming along with a secondary 2-megapixel front-facing camera that is also capable of 1080p video recording as well.
