HTC One SV gets Android Jelly Bean OTA Update
Boost Mobile’s HTC One SV finally got its Jelly Bean OTA update. If you want to get it, you’ll have to make room for at least 400MB and also have WiFi while installing it, because without it, you’ll probably have huge extra-costs. The update brings Android 4.1 Jelly Bean to your smartphone, and also HTC Sense 4+ UI. In addition, you’ll get the Google Wallet, Google Shopper and a Connection Optimizer. The HTC One SV was announced November 2012 and released January 2013, and from the reviews we can tell you that people who used it were very pleased about the battery, speed, sound quality, camera, screen resolution and so on.
The HTC One SV comes with a superfast Dual-core, 1.2GHz processor, a 5MP camera with LED flash and auto focus, and a 1.6MP front camera, both efficient even in low light. The device supports LTE 4G connectivity and has an internal memory of 8 GB extendable through MicroSD card up to 32GB and 1 GB RAM. The display is a Super LCD2 capacitive 4.3 inch touchscreen, protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 2. You’ll have an amazing sound due to the Beats Audio sound enhancement. The Li-Ion 1800 mAh battery will allow you to listen to music or play games, although no official data on the stand-by or talk time has been given. The available colors for the device are black and white. I must admit that I am quite impressed by the device, and this is thanks to the specs I’ve read and also the reviews. Also, with the Android 4.1 jelly Bean update, things just got even better. I’m considering buying the HTC One SV for myself. Have you used one yet? What’s the impression it left you?
