AT&T Reveals full ASUS Padfone X Specs and Features
We have previously told you about ASUS PadFone X which will be landing exclusively at AT&T, but the details about this model were limited. The Padfone X device wasn’t even available for public testing at the Las Vegas-based event, but now AT&T has finally revealed the full specs and features, giving us the chance to make a first impression and plans for the future. From what we now at this point, Padfone X packs a 5-inch display with a maximum 1080 x 1920 resolution, also getting its power from a Snapdragon 800 chipset with a quad-core 2.3 GHz Krait 400 CPU and a quad-core Adreno 330 GPU as well.

In terms of cameras, things also look good enough for this Padfone X smartphone which is expected to come with a 13 MP main camera, as well as with a 2 MP front-facing one, not to mention that it packs a promising 2,300 mAh battery. And if you want more than those 16 GB of native storage, don’t hesitate to use the microSD card slot for adding up to 64 GB supported.

Do you know that this Padfone X smartphone can be docked into a Padfone Station that easily transforms it into a full-sized tablet? The Padfone Station has the exact dimensions of 250.4 x 172.25 x 11.63 mm with a total weight of 514 grams, while the device itself is no more than 143.93 mm tall, 72.46 mm wide, 9.98 mm thin and weighs only 150 grams. Finally, you should know that this ASUS Padfone X model comes running Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box, so there is no reason to be worried about this aspect. But sadly, there is no word when the device will become available for purchase or for what price; we’ll find out that in the near future!
