Learn How to Install ColorOS 5.2 on Realme C1
Do you own Oppo’s Realme C1? The phone comes with a 6.2-inch curved glass display, supporting HD+ resolution and it packs a relatively powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC. You also get 13MP+2MP rear dual sensors with LED flash for occasional photography and I bet that you already got used to the interface showing Color OS 5.1 icons on the stock Android 8.1 firmware.
Don’t you think that it’s time for a change? You cannot do a thing regarding the handset’s specs, but remember that Android 8.1 Oreo comes topped with ColorOS. And since you can now install ColorOS 5.2 on Realme C1, I don’t know what you are still waiting for. The update is a staged rollout and cannot arrive on all devices immediately.
However, if you are unwilling to wait for the OTA, Realme has provided links to download it manually, so that’s your chance. You could get Smart Bar for faster multitasking, improved frequency for touch screen along with changes in the Security department. And you will also use the long press Power button for 0.5s to launch Google Assistant.
The software update carries the build number RMX1805EX_11.A.21 and that’s what you will soon have on your Oppod device too. But, don’t rush into anything, not until you are ready!
