New version of Maps for Android
As Play Store informs us, there are missing only few weeks for the update to be seen on Android 4.0.3+. If you wonder about when the update will show up on your phone, I must let you know that this is not visible for the moment on the devices. The new version of Google Maps, 7.0 will be visible in few weeks and it will come progressive. Improvements regarding interface for Android tablets and smartphones are announced as well and the important point is that they will concentrate on the actual map.
As our source says, the version will include live traffic updates, incident reports and dynamic rerouting,” and a new “explore” section showing shops, restaurants, hotels and other attractions nearby. Another point make us to be really captured about the subject. Check-in and Latitude support an my maps will be missing from the new version and starting from 9th August, this will be officially absent. Users of Android 4.0.3 or above, can try to check Google Play and see if the updates are waiting for us. The updates will be available as you are used already, in different version for different types of Android used by your device.
Maps are always so useful and easy to use and we hope this new version will bring us a better and easier way to work with the app and find the best road to our needs. When you are in a new city and you know almost nothing about streets, restaurants, museums, places that you must never miss, an app like this, updated and being always with 1 second before you is like a bless of God. Imagine having a guide with you, a person who makes you feel secure. Apps are now instead of a guide, a person, a human being.
