I was decrypting my s5 mini and had dropped my phone and the battery came out. Now it had obviously messed up decrypting the phone. Now all it says when switched back on is “decryption failed, unable to complete decryption because of interruption. Perform factory data reset (erasing all data) before use” a touch box below says “reset devise” I have tried a factory reset and that doesn’t work. Also touching and choosing “reset devise” only resets and turns back on to the same msg !!! Help ppl lol. I need my phone for work.
