Use S-Health App on Rooted Samsung Devices
Samsung’s S Health app is ready to help you meet fitness goals if you are the owner of a Samsung phone. However, what about those of you owning a rooted Samsung device? Can you use it too? S-Health can now be downloaded to any rooted Samsung device and get to work monitoring your steps, pestering you to drink water and much more.
For those of you who don’t know, S-Health is a special tool that helps you manage your health by offering you information about your health, such as how much you exercise; the food that you eat and the cigarettes you may consume; your blood glucose level, blood pressure and weight.
This application arranges your measurements and additional information provided by you, in a diary like format, helping you manage and even prevent potential health problems. The good news is that you can do all these even on a rooted Samsung handset.
It doesn’t matter if it is a Samsung Galaxy S7 or a S4 in your pocket, but Health will analyze this information and display it in a variety of ways, including graphs and comparisons of your measurements with the generally accepted normal range. You can also share your measurements and other health related info with other S Health users through the community menu and your life will change.
