We have all seen Motorola’s Moto G Android device and let’s face the facts: it is not an impressive model in terms of its hardware, but it is decent enough to be taken in consideration, so the idea of another version being on the way is more than interesting. This is at least what @evleaks has just revealed and based on the image that you have just seen, we are probably talking about a Moto G with a slightly more durable build – a Motorola Moto G Forte, as its name also implies.
Moto G Forte is designed for Latin America
From what we know at this point, Motorola Moto G Forte is designed for Latin America and has “increased durability”, rumors suggesting that we might be talking about a handset which is both water-resistance and dust resistance. But excepting this aspect, we can only assume that Moto G Forte is just a beefier Moto G version with the same specs and features.
Assumptions about Motorola’s Moto G Forte Specs
To be more precise, Motorola Moto G Forte is expected to pack a 4.5 inch 720p display and to get its power from a quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory. As for the OS, we can only hope that it comes with the latest build of Android (Android 4.4 KitKat), or at least with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, but be careful.
These are nothing more than assumptions and Motorola could end up deciding to change any of the above mentioned specs. Nothing is known for sure at this point. So, would any of you be interested in a slightly more durable Moto G version or are you thinking of better specs too and not only this promised improved durability?
