A few days ago, some new Samsung phones showed up on GFXBench and the version having the model number SM-G8508 is one of them. Today we want to talk about the Exynos variant of the same Samsung device that has appeared on GFXBench as well, sporting the model number SM-G850 and having similar specs.

Are you curios to find what has the Korean company prepared us this time? We were too, so this is why we have decided to gather some of the most important specs revealed so far.

Samsung SM-G850: Technical Specs and Features

The new Samsung SM-G850 is listed as coming with a 4.7-inch 720p display and an octa-core Exynos chip paired with 3GB of RAM, so things don’t look at all bad. We have reasons to believe that we might be talking about the same Exynos 5 Octa CPU that can be found on so many other devices like Samsung Galaxy Note 3, hinting at the fact that the SM-G850 might not necessarily have the latest specs, but it will still be capable of offering us a high-end experience.

Moreover, we know that the phone will run on Android 4.4.4 OS version and also sport NFC connectivity, not to mention that Samsung SM-G850 might be equipped with a 12 MP camera capable of FHD video and equipped with Autofocus, Face Detection, Touch Focus and other image editing tools that promise amazing results.

Is this Samsung SM-G850 exclusive to the Chinese and South Korean markets?

But judging by the model numbers, our biggest fear is to discover that Samsung SM-G850 could just be exclusive to the Chinese and South Korean markets. But even if this is what will happen, you can be sure that there will be other Samsung versions for markets outside these regions we well, so stay tuned for more.

We are waiting for further details to leak and be sure that you’ll be among the first ones to find out about them.
