Learn to Disable Huawei P20 Pro Always On Display
One of the benefits of the P20 Pro having an OLED display is that it has the Always-on-Display functionality that many of us cannot live without. How’s that even possible? Well, an Always On Display will always be there to make sure you’re on time, it gives you immediate access to the time, calendar, notifications and more, all without unlocking your phone.
All these sound great, but something made you think of disabling this Always On Display on your phone and to tell you the truth, I actually get your point. If this is already active, you may prefer to deactivate it because you do not want the information to appear on the display all the time. Or maybe you’ve become aware of the fact that the display does consume more energy than in usual conditions and putting it all in a balance, it’s simply not worthy of keeping such a display activated.
So, if you want to see what’s going on your phone, you can simply take your phone out of your pocket to view all the latest notifications and time and so on, but the battery juice won’t remain there, at that high level for too long; or you can touch your phone, wake it up and enjoy the traditional way that also guarantees some extra juice for those times when you really need it.
Which of these two options is your final choice? If disabling the Always On Display is your answer, be sure of the fact that I can once again help you with that:
