If you want to root you handset and make other modifications, this firmware files are exactly what you are looking for. And you can also use them in order to go back to the official software if something doesn’t go as initially planned due to these modifications.
Availability
We must tell you though that these files are unfortunately available in a limited number of countries, but that should change in the next days.
So, for the moment, the list only includes Austria (A1), Croatia (VIPNET), Czech Republic (Vodafone), Ireland (Vodafone), Germany (Vodafone), Netherlands (Vodafone), Nepal, Portugal (Vodafone), United Kingdom (Vodafone) and Slovenia (Si.mobil).
