As for its availability, Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini Value Edition is on sale exclusively in the Netherlands for a price tag of €180, but it will probably reach to other regions in the near future as well.
Not a ‘Lite’ version’

A Faster Processor
It is true that some of its internals are indeed unchanged, but we cannot say the same thing about the processor which is much faster in this Value Edition. To be more precise, the Android smartphone now hoses a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and features the more recent Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out of the box.
Other hardware details are similar to those found on the original Android device, as our source also stated, including a 4-inch WVGA screen with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, a 5 MP camera and a 1,500 mAh battery. As for its memory, here we can find 8 GB internal memory and a modest 1 GB RAM.
