Samsung Galaxy S3 Slim Revealed in the Brazilian Market
After announcing its Galaxy S5, Samsung has just showed us a lower end variant of its Galaxy S3 named Samsung Galaxy S3 Slim. This handset was just revealed without any previous announcement in the Brazilian market and it is more than obviously from the start that we are talking about a model ideal only for those having a limited budget. Just take a look at the specs and features of this Galaxy S3 Slim and you’ll immediately understand that they are not as good as the ones offered by the standard Samsung Galaxy S3.
Modest Specs and Features
Galaxy S3 Slim comes with a display of 4.5 inches which a qHD resolution of no more than 960 x 540 pixels, while the power is provided by a quad core processor model with the clock speed of 1.2 Ghz. When it comes to its internal memory, here we can only find 8 GB along with 1 GB of RAM, so you won’t have too much space for your documents, music and videos. That is something that you must accept from the start!
Galaxy S3 Slim also includes a 5 MP primary camera that comes along with a secondary VGA front facing camera, but unfortunately it only features Android 4.2 out of the box. And don’t forget that Samsung’s Galaxy S3 Slim is available in both black and white colors.
Pricing and Availability of Galaxy S3 Slim
You should know that pricing is yet to be confirmed, but we have some clues regarding Samsung’s Galaxy S3 Slim availability. As we have told you, the handset has only appeared on the Brazilian Samsung website so far, but it won’t be such a big surprise if it makes it to other developing markets as well. We’ll let you know as soon as that happens.
