Lenovo Vibe Z Released in Malaysia For a Price of 1,799 MYR ($549/€395)
Lenovo is trying to become more popular when it comes to its mobile segment and its latest addition is none other than the new Lenovo Vibe Z that we are going to talk about today. This is the first smartphone from Lenovo that is powered by a Qualcomm processor (all other Lenovo smartphones were powered by MediaTek) and there are even more surprises to discover about it. But before starting, you should also know that it is already available at the wireless carrier Celcom for a price tag of no more than 688 MYR ($210/€151).
Major Specs and Features
Lenovo Vibe Z comes with a 5.5-inch touchscreen display which is perfectly capable of delivering a full HD resolution of no less than 1920 x 1080 pixels, while the included 13-megapixel camera has LED flash and autofocus and can record videos in full HD resolution. Moreover, Lenovo has added a 5-megapixel camera on the front of the device as well, with the usual video-calling capabilities that many of us have in mind when looking for a new smartphone.
When it comes to the power of this Lenovo Vibe Z, the 2.3GHz quad-core processor packed inside is responsible of that, coming along with Adreno 330 graphics and 2GB of RAM. As for those 16GB of internal memory, this number seems to be all that the company is offering as long as Lenovo Vibe Z has no microSD memory card slot for storage expansion.
Moreover, those of you interested about the operating system, here we have Lenovo’s Smart UI loaded on top of Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, although so many other devices are already enjoying the latest KitKat version. But maybe we’ll find out that an update is on its way and Lenovo’s Vibe Z problem will be immediately solved.
