Video: HTC One aka M8 to Be Launched Soon

After rumors pouring out lately with the arrival of a new HTC One, it is now official that the next-gen is coming sooner than we might think. HTC announced today the arrival of the new HTC One, with the codename M8, with the device first to be launched in New York and London. At a first look, the HTC One M8 looks exactly like the present HTC One, with its distinctive stereo speakers at the top and the bottom of the screen, yet providing an exquisite “Boomsound” experience.

What Does the HTC One aka M8 Brings Significantly Fresh?

First, we might be talking about a second camera being displayed at the rear of the smartphone to provide a better quality for focus mode. The additional camera is just standing above the main camera which also comes with the same “Ultrapixel” mode.

More than that, since the present HTC One came with a 4-megapixel sensor camera, the HTC One M8 also has the same sensor, but with improved and larger pixels, which leads to a higher quality in terms of light sensitivity. As a result, the pictures are now more defined, as being closed to a real world experience.

Additionally, the HTC One M8 comes with Android 4.4 KitKat, also enhancing a fresh new HTC Sense. As for the BlinkFeed, the feature is still present on the updated version, as being one of the most important feature of the new smartphone, after was also enhanced on the Nexus 5 within the “Google Now Launcher”.

As for the new HTC One M8`s design, we might be looking at a new interesting case, with a Lite-Brite-like look, as the display now shines through some holes “in a front flap.” Apart from some apps appearing on the screen, showing a clock or the weather, there is still little to know about the important specs that the HTC One M8 will be bringing fresh.

What do you thing guys? Will the new One come with new features and specs or just expect minor tweaks here and there?
