Galaxy S5 Zoom: Faster than Galaxy S4 and HTC One (M7)
So, Samsung Galaxy S5 Zoom will be faster than the Samsung Galaxy S4 and the HTC One (M7) which are currently getting the power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 SoC, but it has scored under the Snapdragon 800-powered Xperia Z1 Compact. Anyway, this device has all the reasons to enjoy the spotlight as much as possible.
Display, Processor, OS
Moreover, we also know that this S5 Zoom version is expected to come with a 4.8-inch SuperAMOLED HD display with a resolution of no less than 1280×720 pixels, also getting the power from a hexa-core Exynos processor which has two Cortex-A15 cores clocked at 1.7GHz and other 4 Cortex-A7 cores clocked at 1.3GHz.
Samsung’s Galaxy S5 Zoom key element remains its 20.2MP camera that will be accompanied by a Xenon flash, also coming with Optical Image Stabilization, 10x optical zoom, and a 2.1-megapixel front facing camera. On the software side, the S5 Zoom features none other than Android 4.4 KitKat with the latest version of TouchWiz; and the best part is that this will come with a new camera app loaded with tons of software based camera features.
Other specs include 2GB of RAM and a microSD card slot, as well as the usual Wi-Fi g/n/ac, IR blaster, NFC and Bluetooth 4.0. So far, Samsung seems to have prepared a nice set of specs and features for its upcoming Galaxy S5 Zoom. We just have wait for an official confirmation, so let’s just hope that all these will turn out to be true indeed.
