Samsung Reveals Galaxy Tab 5 in 7-Inch, 8-Inch and 10.1-Inch

Samsung has officially announced the next generation of Galaxy Tablet series that brings exceptional multimedia experience for the whole family in a completely new and lightweight design. The Galaxy Tab 4 follows its predecessors in the size aspect and comes in 7-inch, 8-inch, and 10.1-inch sizes. The announcement has been made official on Samsung’s official page.

In what concerns specs and features, the new tablet revealed by Samsung will definitely bring a lot of joy for many of you. In what concerns the display, users will get a 1280 x 800-resolution display powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core CPU. The tablet comes with 1.5 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage, but this can be extended with an option for an 8 GB version in the case of the 7-inch tablet.

In the same time, out of the box, Galaxy Tab 4 will be powered by Android’s latest version of operating system and namely, the Android 4.4 KitKat. Related to the camera aspect, the Galaxy Tab will have two cameras, one of 3MP and one of 1.3 MP and there will be options for Wi-Fi only and LTE capable tablets.

Moreover, as Samsung describes on their official website, the Galaxy Tab 4 are perfect for all ages and offer “an exceptional multimedia experience in a more premium and portable design, making it ideal for viewing or sharing content with friends and family.”

In what concerns the fun and shareable services, the new Galaxy Tab 4 is perfect for the whole family as it comes with a number of fun services, which allow users to access content and stay connected with their friends through multiple useful services such as:

Group Play, for sharing and playing music, documents and games with friends in real-time;
Samsung Link, to share and play content across smart devices anytime, anywhere;
WatchOn, to watch TV shows and movies on any device, anywhere in your Home or on to go;

It is worth mentioning the fact that not all these services will be available for all users. They will depend on each decide, each region and each user. In what concerns the availability, the new Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 will be offered in the color choice of Black or White globally, starting with the beginning of the second quarter in 2014.
