BLU has advertised the new device Dash 4.5, this is available from 11th July and ready to be shipped to willing users. A nice surprise is that it comes unlocked and moreover it is a low-cost handset priced at 139$. For such a good price, being unlocked it offers more. It goes on the market with 5 megapixel with auto focus and LED flash rear camera and a VGA resolution front camera. Rear camera can also video recording  up to 720p at 30 frames per second.

As per our source, despite the budget price, it has great specs. Running on a 4.2 Jelly Bean system, with a dual-SIM and dual-active functionality you can enjoy using calls and data in the same time. Available in few online retailers of US this features  MediaTek MT6589M 1.2GHz quad-core processor and support for 4G LTE networks.  Even more it offers 512MB of RAM, as well as 4GB of internal storage space and it can be enlarged up to 32GB through a microSD card slot. The screen is a 4.5-inch TFT with a resolution of 480 x 854. The battery is 2000mAh and it is said it has few days of life but nothing confirmed. In respect to connectivity we can mention  the GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 and HSPA+ 21Mbps 850/1900. And for the same 139$ it offers also t 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS,  hotspot, and a microUSB port.Ggyro, proximity sensor and accelerometer will come over too.

Such a smartphone with medium characteristics is expected to please many users taking into account that for a small price you can have almost all you need from a smartphone, even it is not in a high performance but it can satisfy most of your necessity. It weights  147 grams, and measures 133.5 x 67 x 11.9 mm.
