New Sony Xperia Z2 Price in Germany; The Device is now Available for €679
Do you remember when we have told you that Sony Xperia Z2 pre-orders have been removed on regional websites? It seems that some manufacturing issues are behind this decision, but the problem continues and forces the company to take unexpected measures. We are talking about a new Sony Xperia Z2 price in Germany and as you are probably already guessing, it isn’t a price cut. The device is now available for no less than €679 up from €599 from a couple of days ago. The difference is a major one, we can say, so we must be wondering if this Sony Xperia Z2 device really deserves paying such a price.
Triluminos display, IP58 certified, 4k video recording and KitKat OS
Our handset here, Sony Xperia Z2 comes with a 5.2in Full HD IPS (1920 x 1080) Triluminos display for mobile with X-Reality for mobile picture engine and gets the power from a 2.3 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor. Some are indeed complaining that it hasn’t changed that much if we compare it to its predecessor, but it is definitely a better choice. Moreover, Sony’s Xperia Z2 handset is IP58 certified, so we are talking about a dustproof and water-resistant body (over 1 meter and 30 minutes), not to mention that it runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat and it has 4k video recording abilities.
Its 20.7MP main camera with Exmor RS for mobile image sensor and LED flash is surprising indeed, but it is your decision if all these deserve the new price. And Sony Germany was offering a free Smart Band bundled with the Xperia Z2 before, but now the gift has been removed too. As for UK, the Sony Xperia Z2 sales for the same price of £564 from major retailers and carriers, but we can never be sure that this price won’t be soon changed as well.
What do you feel about waiting a little longer?
Yes, this is the question that we have been thinking of ever since the price has changed. Earlier in the week, Sony’s spokesperson has confirmed that the company is suffering from short supply for this Sony Xperia Z2, but he wanted to ensure us that the launch in still scheduled for an early April, so maybe things will go back to normal once again. Are you willing to wait?
