Official KitKat OTA Update Rolled Out for T-Mobile LG G2
T-Mobile’s has released the kernel source for its LG G2 Android 4.4.2 update on their open source page about a week ago, but we have told you from the start that there is another option for all those willing to have some more patience. If you are also one of those waiting for an official OTA rollout, that is exactly what you need to hear: T-Mobile’s support page finally confirms that this Android 4.4.2 KitKat update has already started pushing out over airwaves, so it is a matter of a few days until the update will become available to all LG G2 users out there.
Android 4.4.2 KitKat Goodies
So, if you haven’t enjoyed the Android 4.4.2 KitKat goodies when they’ve become available through LG’s PC utility a few days ago, it’s your turn now to do so.
As the T-Mobile’s support page indicates, this official Android 4.4.2 update is ready to bring several fixes regarding those general auto brightness issues of your LG G2 and even some ‘user experience improvements’ along with the most recent KitKat features that we all know about so well among we can mention a new NFC, wireless printing support, more Bluetooth profiles, security and location features and many others in order to create make your LG G2 device much faster, as well as more responsive and even intuitive than ever.
