Do you break the brickies and bounce your way to victory? I personally love the brick-breaking genre and Android Brickies is an amazing game.
In case of not knowing, Brickies is a collaboration between Noodlecake Studios and Ink Vial Games and the result is far from any other similar game. Why am I saying that? Well, believe it or not, this one has two paddles instead of one.
One of them is at the bottom and one is at the top. You have the possibility to control these paddles by simply swiping your fingers on the screen and both the paddles move at the same time.
Even more, with Android Brickies you will never get bored! It has no less than 5 level packs and each pack comes with no less than 60 levels. You must tap the screen in order to release the ball from the paddle and the game will begin in no time. If you miss the ball, this doesn’t have to mean that you lose the life. This only means that the ball will lose its ability to smash the bricks, but don’t worry. Things can be restored by simply touching the paddle again.
However, the countdown clock is a real problem and if it runs out of time before all the bricks are smashed, this means only one thing: that you will lose. There are various models of bricks to be smashed. They have different shapes and arrangements. While a few can be smashed with just one hit, there are others which need two hits for that, or even to be hit from a specific side.
Even more, the brickies have great power-ups such as an explosive ball, “cut-through” ball, multiple balls, one power-up lets you control the movement of the ball for a short period of time and so on. Unlock new exciting powers as you progress through the levels, collect the powers and combine them all in order to make the game more interesting.
And don’t forget that these power-ups disappear after some time, so don’t hesitate to collect them while you still can.
