Samsung Galaxy Alpha with Metal Back Cover and Sides

Judging from the leaked photos that we have up to know, it seems that the mystery has vanished away and we finally know what Samsung understands when it comes to the idea of a premium body. Its Samsung Galaxy Alpha will come with metal back cover and sides, while the general shape is the one that the popular Galaxy S5 has.

When it comes to the materials used in Samsung’s phones, the South Korean company has usually chose plastic, Galaxy S5 and Galaxy Note 3 being some isolated exceptions, so we must admit that we love the idea of a metal-clad Samsung Galaxy Alpha. It was about time for such a change, don’t you think?

What about Samsung’s Galaxy Alpha Specs?

When it comes to the leaked specs revealed by AnTuTu, it seems that Samsung Galaxy Alpha will get its power from a Snapdragon 805 clocked at up to 2.7 GHz, also coming along with a 5.1″ Quad HD Super AMOLED panel.

In case of wondering about the memory, we already know that the handset will pack no less than 3 GB of RAM, not to mention how tempting that 16 MP camera on the back with optical image stabilization already is.

So, if we take in consideration all these, we must admit that it is hard to predict the price of this Samsung Galaxy Alpha, but we can assure you that a handset with top of the line specs and such a more premium exterior doesn’t come cheap!
