Unlocked Sony Xperia Z1 with LTE Available for $620
Are you thinking of a LTE variant of Sony’s Xperia Z1 phone? You’d be surprised to find out that the company has just released an unlocked version of their Z1 handset that supports US LTE speeds on both T-Mobile and AT&T’s networks. And besides that, ZTE has made it clear that it perfectly functions on Canadian LTE networks as well and things look even better if we take in consideration the fact that we are talking about an unlocked smartphone, with no need to sign any contract or to agree using a service plan that you don’t want in the first place. But are you willing to pay $620 in order to have it?
Sony’s Xperia Z1 Price is Very High
Let’s be honest and admit that this price is very high, especially by taking in consideration that we have here a Sony Xperia Z1 handset that has been launched a year ago (in September 2013), not to mention that the perspective of buying its successor sounds much more tempting. Its specs might be good indeed, but what Sony Xperia Z2 has to offer is much better.
What’s your decision?
So, for those of you who don’t remember that well, Sony Xperia Z1 smartphone comes with a 5.00-inch 1080×1920 display and gets the power from a 2.2GHz processor alongside 2GB RAM, not to mention that it even has a 20.7-megapixel rear camera. To be more precise, Xperia Z1 has the same components as Sony’s compact digital cameras, meaning that it’s an ideal option if you have in mind the idea of capturing images thanks to the fact that it comes with a large 1/2.3″, a well as with Sony’s popular G Lens and intelligent BIONZ for mobile image-processing engine.
And don’t forget that it even comes with a full range of innovative camera apps such as AR effect, Timeshift burst, or Info-eye, so be sure that Xperia Z1 has nothing to do with other traditional smartphones at this chapter. In these conditions, you can easily switch your camera to AR effect mode and add fun animations to your photos, not to mention that you can even captures 61 frames in no more than 2 seconds, starting before you press the shutter thanks to its Timeshift burst function. As for the Info-eye app, it works very simple as well: after taking a photo, this app will immediately give you all the relevant information you need through your camera viewfinder. And as the company said, this Xperia device that we have here is waterproof and ready for life’s surprises, so placing it in fresh water up to 1.5 m for 30 minutes is no problem.
Yes, all these sound more than tempting, but Sony’s Xperia Z2 is both dust proof and water resistant, it comes with an IPS display, which is away better than those used on previous Xperia Z models and has more exciting specs and features, as you can discover here.
