Both the Galaxy Prevail 2 and the Kyocera Hydro Edge are now available from Boost Mobile, starting 11 July. The last one is also available via Sprint. The offers are really good, so if you’re on a budget, you should check them out. The Prevail 2 only costs 180$ without a two-year contract. The Kyocera Hydro Edge is not quite a performer, but it is waterproof and you can get it for 149$ from Boost Mobile, or for $19.99 plus taxes (after a $50 mail-in-rebate via reward card1 ) with a two-year contract at Sprint, when it becomes available. Of course you can’t decide on buying a phone without knowing something about it, so let’s see the specs.
The Galaxy Prevail 2 specs include a 4-inch 800 by 480 resolution screen , and a 1750 mAh battery, a 5MP camera and a 1.3MP front camera. It features Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. It has a 1.4GHz processor and supports WiFi, GPS and Bluetooth.
