Set Up Your Samsung Account on Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus
If location services are enabled on your Galaxy S10 Plus, I have no better recommendation for you then using Find my Device. Samsung provides a free Find My Mobile service for all its Galaxy devices. You can find its settings by opening the Settings app and going to Biometrics and security, then to Find My Mobile. Anyway, to turn on and enjoy Find My Mobile on your Samsung Galaxy phone, you must have a Samsung Account.
Then, you will be able to use the Lock service to put a lock on your phone with a newly defined pin code along with a message on the screen. When someone finds it, they can read the message on the screen and return it to you. If you ever become certain you can never get your hands on your S10 Plus phone again, I bet that you are thinking of all your personal data too. You don’t want your photos and other personal data in the hands of some strangers, so use the Erase service to completely wipe your phone.
And that’s just an example of how Find My Mobile can help. What else can you do with a Samsung account? Well, the list is long, but it mostly includes purchasing Samsung’s Extended Warranty, registering your product, setting up a Service Request, downloading the latest Samsung Apps and similar stuff. So, this guide is for you:
Set Up Your Samsung Account on Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus:
- At first, from the home screen swipe down from the top of screen and tap on Settings icon;
- Touch Accounts;
- Touch Add account;
- Up next, touch Samsung account;
- Then, scroll down and select Create account;
- You must now complete all fields then tap Next;
- Read the T&C’s and if you agree, tap ‘I agree to all’;
- Then, you also need to tap ‘Agree’.
