Manage Severe Weather Alerts on your LG V30
Every so often or more frequently, depending on your tolerance level, you get weather alerts on your LG V30 phone. Weather alerts on your Android smartphone are pretty much a good thing, or at least they are supposed to be, but there are times when they also turn into an annoyance. That strange blaring of the emergency tone and vibration caused by that severe weather aren’t always what you are expecting.
Suddenly and without warning, your phone’s scaring the hell out of you. It happens to interrupt your sleep at night, or blowup at the wrong moment on your LG V30. Even if presidential alerts (the ones issued directly by the President of the United States) cannot be turned off, the weather alerts can be easily managed, so why not doing it?

- Select Emergency Alerts;
- Then, check or uncheck the boxes for alerts you do or do not wish to receive;
- Don’t hesitate to ever recheck the boxes that you want to receive notifications and alerts from if you’ve decided to change your mind and want to turn it back On.
