Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 Specs and Features Confirmed
We have been informed that Samsung plans to introduce more Android tablets this year for a long time and its Galaxy Tab Pro lineup is a good example of that. As we all know, the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has already made its appearance at the FCC, but a new Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has also been revealed by the popular mobile benchmark suite AnTuTu. We can tell you that it surprisingly scored nearly 34,000 points, so this Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 seems to be a high-end tablet and not what we were expecting from Samsung’s current Galaxy Tab line. So, for all of you who are curious to find out more about its specs and features, here we have an invitation to continue reading.
We finally have the confirmation that this tablet will get its power from Samsung’s own Exynos 5420 Octa chipset paired with 2 GB RAM and no less than 32 GB internal storage and that it will come equipped with an impressively sharp 10.1-inch 2560 x 1600 resolution display.
As if this wasn’t enough to impress us, the benchmark has also reveals an 8 MP rear camera and we can only hope that it will be properly equipped for offering us high-quality images, not to mention that it features Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box. And we must admit that it sounds like a powerful tablet, so we can only expect that Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 will also have a higher price tag than its predecessors. But there is no official word on pricing or availability up to now, although Samsung is rumored to release this tablet sometime in February.
We can only speculate that they are referring to MWC 2014, but could this Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 be among those tablets rumored to sport AMOLED displays? It would be a nice addition to Samsung’s current portfolio, as our source confirms too, so let’s hope that this rumor will turn out to be true.
