Rumors state that the next gen of the Xperia Z flagship, the Z2 also nicknamed “Sirius” will be Sony`s high-end Android smartphone to carry on with the battle against the upcoming generation of Galaxy S5 or iPhone 6. In fact, there were some shots leaked with the Sirius coming with important specs, and most important, with an impressive camera of 20.7 megapixel, which promises to deliver fantastic capabilities in terms of photography. First of all, Sony Z2 comes with a 5.2-inch 1080p Full HD display and an impressive resolution of 1440×2560 pixels, powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800. To back up the powerful camera, the Z2 enhances a supportive RAM of 3GB and 3700mAh battery.

But what is really most impressive at the Z2, is the back 20.7 MP camera that Sony is enhancing on the Sirius, being capable of providing extraordinary photographic features and apps, that would give professional photographers a real deal to reflect when using their own photo cameras.

For instance, as the source states, the Sirius is given a lot of apps capable of shooting 4K videos, timeshifting or taking shots using the camera`s creative effects. If successful, these apps will be also rolled on the Xperia Z1 as well.
