OnePlus has been in full-form since December and has been launching Oreo-based OxygenOS update for all its supported devices frequently. Well, the fact is that the instructions stay the same for every OnePlus device and they are incredibly simple to follow, so you have no reason to be afraid of.

Requirements:

  • Your OnePlus device must be completely stock as the procedure cannot work on rooted devices;
  • You will need the OxygenOS full ROM/OTA zip specified for your device;
  • Don’t forget to take a full backup of your device. So, in case anything goes unplanned, your personal data will still be secure;
  • Also make sure that your OnePlus device has sufficient juice in the battery to go through the process.
