  2. Here you must make sure to turn iCloud sync with Notes;
  3. Tap on Storage & Backup > Backup Now to start backing up Notes from your iPhone handset;
  4. On your computer, access your iCloud account;
  5. You will be able to see the notes that you have sync with your iPhone. To transfer it to your Android phone, email the notes that you want to yourself and download it straight on your Android device.

This is indeed such a simple way to not only transfer notes from iPhone to Android, but also to make sure you back them up so that you will be able to access them at a later point.
